The Maison

Maison Vertu

A movement held in a case holder on the bench, a blower and loupe beside it

Maison Vertu is a curator, not a manufacture. We do not build movements or cast cases; we select from six independent houses — Aurelian, Chateau Noir, Verdant, Solenne, Ashcroft and Meridian — and hold every reference we carry to the same standard: hand finishing, bench regulation, and a design that earns its case rather than borrowing one.

The result sits in five families — diver, chronograph, GMT, dress, sport-luxe — not because every collector needs all five, but because each does one job without apology.

How we choose

A small assortment, kept honest.

A watch joins the collection because it performs its function with unusual care — not because the name on the dial is loud. We would rather carry twenty-two references we believe in than two hundred we don’t, so the assortment stays small and changes slowly.

Every house we work with keeps its own workshop and its own point of view. Maison Vertu’s job is to bring their work to one place, describe it plainly, and stand behind what we sell.
